EClub seminar series launched with Legal 101 on October 7, 2009.
Legal 101 tackled legal and tax considerations for entrepreneurs. It was presented by top-notch lawyers, Steve L. Baglio’96 and Dan Goldberg, from the very well known startup law firm Gunderson Dettmer. They talked about everything an entrepreneur needs to know, from different ways to incorporate a company, intellectual property to fund raising and going public.
